Moved a hospital and 13 clinics between two health systems during a divestiture: two Epic instances, two interface engine versions, one hard deadline. Eleven months of preparation made the night itself uneventful.

Asurion logistics platform
Every day the back-end shipping systems were degraded cost $1.5 million in EBITDA. I rebuilt the program around the business impact model, and we cut downtime by 80%.

Helped build the infrastructure for Windows Update from nothing in the late 1990s. It became one of the ten most visited sites in the world, running global, always-on delivery before there was a playbook for it.
